Questions, answered plainly

It depends on how many rooms or units are in scope, whether neighboring units are included, access, and whether a re-check is booked. We give you a flat figure in writing before we come, and nothing is booked until you say yes.

We arrive in an unmarked car and plain clothes, and we ask you who may be told. We can't promise a neighbor won't notice a dog in a hallway, so we plan the route with you.

A detection dog is a first screen, not a verdict. Every alert is checked by eye, and the report says what was seen and what was not.

For most single units, about an hour. A floor or a building is scoped first, and we tell you how long before we come.

Leave the room as it is: don't spray, don't move furniture, keep pets in another room, and tell us who has the keys. The page for the visit has the whole list.

An inspection uses no products. If treatment follows, we ask for the label and product list before work starts, and the applicator tells you where and when to keep people and pets away.

No. We inspect and report, which keeps the inspection honest. We tell you which methods tend to fit what we saw, and can work with the licensed applicator you choose.

Our re-check promise: if live bed bugs turn up in a room our report cleared, within 14 days of the visit, we come back and re-inspect that room at no charge. It applies to rooms that were empty of new luggage and furniture in those 14 days, and covers the inspection only, not treatment.
