How we handle what you send us, and what we know about a property.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and email, the address of the property, and anything you write in the form. After a visit, we also keep the inspection report.
How we use it
To reply, to scope and book a visit, to write the report and to book a re-check. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who sees a report
The contact you name when you book. If you ask us to send it to a manager, an owner or an applicator, we send it to them as well, and no one else.
How long we keep it
Reports are kept for the time the owner of this site sets in their own policy. Ask us to correct or delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
